My Story
My fitness journey began during my freshman year of college when I was just 18. We had a project assigned by our professor—set a few personal goals that we could achieve by the end of the semester. At that point, I had very little direction. I was eating too little and only working out when I felt frustrated with how I looked. So, for my goals, I decided to commit to working out five times a week and making sure I ate three meals a day. By the end of the semester, I was working out every day, and my eating habits had completely transformed. The progress I made was beyond what I could’ve imagined—and none of it would’ve happened without that initial push from my professor. That moment was the spark that ignited my passion for fitness and wellness, and I’ll always be thankful for it. It’s incredible how just a little encouragement can unlock our potential. It often just takes someone to believe in us before we can truly believe in ourselves. Now, I want to be that push for you! Let’s make your goals a reality, together.
